Technical Requirements

Recommendation Tracking requires the Smart Pixel. All integration methods load and execute the Smart Pixel, including Tag Manager setups and Single-Page Applications. Only the delivery method changes – the underlying tracking logic remains the same.

The plugin supports the following environments:

• Direct Smart Pixel version 6.8.0 or later

• Google Tag Manager (GTM)

• Single-Page Applications (SPA), including:

  • Angular

  • React / Next.js

  • Vue

Browser Support

The recommendation tracking plugin uses the querySelector method to search for the recommendations to be measured. The following browsers support this method:

• Internet Explorer from version 8

• Microsoft Edge

• Firefox from version 3.5

• Google Chrome

• Safari from version 3

• Opera from version 10
