Overview
The Upload Missing Images window appears automatically during email creation when your message contains images that are not yet available in the Content Store. This step ensures that all images can be rendered correctly in online or offline emails.

When does this window appear?
The Upload Missing Images window opens automatically when you update an email draft that references one or more images that have not been uploaded to the Content Store.
This check is performed during the message creation process before the draft can be finalized. You do not open this window manually.
Actions
Action | Description |

Choose File | Opens a file picker to upload the missing image from your local device. |
Update Draft | Uploads the selected image and updates the email draft. |
Edit Message | Returns to Step 1 of the message creation process to continue editing the message before resolving missing images. |
Additional Information
To avoid this step, upload all images to the Content Store before using them in your email content.
Missing images must be resolved before the email can be rendered correctly.
