Viewing Contact Memberships

Goal

See all groups that a single contact belongs to.

Procedure

  1. Go to Audience > Contact Management > All Contacts.

  2. Locate the contact in the table. Use the header fields to search by name, address type, or external identifier.

  3. Expand the context menu in the Actions column and select Memberships.
