Goal

Web Activity allows you to filter and target contacts based on their interactions with Web Push Messages in Mapp Engage.

To use Web Activity criteria, you must:

Web Push Delivered: Selects contacts who received a Web Push message.
Web Push Reaction: Selects contacts based on their interaction with a Web Push message (e.g., clicks or dismissals).

This criterion allows you to select contacts based on whether a Web Push message was delivered to them or not.

Configuration

Web Push Notification
- Any
- Specific:
  - Message - select the message from the drop-down list
  - Delivered: Yes / No
In Timeframe: Please refer to Date Picker in Mapp Engage.

This criterion allows you to select contacts based on their reaction to a Web Push message.

Configuration

Web Push Notification
- Any
- Specific:
  - Message - select the message from the drop-down list
Reaction - select from the drop-down list:
- Engaged
- Dismissed
