Web Activity Criteria

Web Activity criteria allow you to create segments based on how contacts interact with Web Push messages in Mapp Engage.

These criteria evaluate whether Web Push messages were delivered and how contacts reacted to them.

Web Push Delivered

Use this criterion to segment contacts based on whether a Web Push message was delivered to them or not.

It evaluates delivery status for any Web Push message or for a specific message within a defined period.

Setting	Description
Web Push Notification	Any: evaluates delivery for any Web Push message. Specific: evaluates delivery for a specific Web Push message and requires selecting a message.
Message	Specifies the Web Push message that is evaluated (required when Web Push Notification is set to Specific).
Delivered	Yes: the Web Push message was delivered to the contact. No: the Web Push message was not delivered to the contact.
In Timeframe	Restricts evaluation to a defined period.
