Goal
Automatically reactivate or remove deactivated contacts after a defined number of days.

Procedure
Navigate to Audience > Groups.
In the Actions column next to the desired group, click Change Settings (gear icon).
Open the Deactivation tab.
Expand the Deactivation Handling section.
For each response category, configure the handling rule:
Select whether to Reactivate or Remove from Group.
In After Number of Days, define the delay before the action is triggered.
(Optional) Enable Reactivate System-wide Deactivated Contacts to apply the reactivation beyond the current group.
This option is available only for supported response categories.
(Optional) Enable Do Not Send Messages to System-wide Deactivated Contacts to enforce stricter filtering during sendouts.
Click Save to apply the changes.
Result
Deactivated contacts are automatically reactivated or removed based on the configured response category rules and delay period.
