Overview
The Recommended Products section provides access to imported recommendation data that links contacts to product suggestions. This data can be searched and managed to support recommendation-based use cases in eCommerce scenarios.

Data
This area displays the imported recommendation dataset and its current status. It also provides access to actions for managing recommendation data.
Action | Description |
|---|---|
Search | Allows searching for recommendation records by UserPK (User Primary Key), which is related to the internal contact ID. |
Import data | Uploads recommendation data into the Recommended Products dataset. |
Delete All Data | Removes all existing recommendation data from the dataset. |
The dataset status is shown as “READY” when the data is available for use.
If no matching records exist, the table displays “No results found.”
Structure
The Structure tab shows the available fields and their data types for the Recommended Products dataset. This view is used to review the structure of recommendation data after import.
Field | Description |

| The SKU of the product recommended to the contact. |
| Score indicating the relevance or confidence of the recommendation, as provided by the recommendation source. |
| Identifier of the recommendation model used to generate the product suggestion (for example, an external model or Mapp Intelligence). |
The fields are not enumerated and are not required to be unique.
Key Column
Unique identifier for each recommendation entry. This key links a contact to a recommended product.
