Voucher Manager

Prev Next

Use the Voucher Manager to send coupon codes and barcodes with your Mapp Engage messages. You import the codes from your online shop, CRM, or another system into a coupon list. During sendout, Mapp Engage inserts a different code for each recipient.

For how codes are assigned and what happens when a coupon list runs out, see Understanding Vouchers.

How It Works

  1. Create a coupon list and import your codes. See Create and Manage Coupon Lists.

  2. Optional: Create a barcode from the coupon list, from a custom attribute, or from a fixed value. See Create a Barcode.

  3. Insert the coupon or the barcode into a message. See Add a Coupon to a Message and Add a Barcode to a Message.

  4. Optional: Show other content when the coupon list runs out of codes. See Adapt Message Content Based on Coupon Availability.

  5. After sendout, export which contact received which code. See Create and Generate a Coupon Export.

The following video shows how to create, assign, and track vouchers.

Permissions

Which permissions you need depends on your tasks. To insert a coupon or a barcode into a message, you need permission to view it. With permission 157 or 170, you only see your own coupon lists or barcodes.
