    Article summary

    Goal

The Message Statistics for a message can be exported as a report in Excel or CSV format.

    Background Information

The export generated as an Excel file processes the data visually and separates the data on different worksheets based on the information content. The message statistics exported as an Excel file contain all of the information displayed in the Message Statistics window. In addition, all data for the Delivery Performance, Recipient Activity, and Conversions sections and their sub-tabs are integrated into the export for the message. Charts and tables are also included in the export. For more information on the data for each section and their sub-tabs, please refer to the respective chapters Delivery Performance, Recipient Activity, and Conversions (see Delivery Performance (window)Recipient Activity (window), and Conversions (window)).

The export generated as a CSV file lists all the data without presenting it visually or displaying it separately on different worksheets. The message statistics exported as CSV files contain all of the information displayed in the Message Statistics window. In addition, all data for the Delivery Performance, Recipient Activity, and Conversions sections and their sub-tabs are integrated into the export for the message. The underlying data for charts and tables are also included in the export. For more information on the data for each section and their sub-tabs, please refer to the respective chapters Delivery Performance, Recipient Activity, and Conversions (see Delivery Performance (window)Recipient Activity (window), and Conversions (window)).
