Overview
Predefined exports provide fixed datasets designed for specific reporting and analysis scenarios. Unlike Raw Data Export and Simplified Data Export, predefined exports use a predefined data structure with limited customization.
Use predefined exports when one of the available datasets already matches your reporting needs and you want minimal configuration effort.
When to Use Predefined Exports
Predefined Exports are a good choice when:
A predefined dataset meets your requirements
You want to minimize configuration effort
Consistent data structures are important
Rapid deployment is preferred over maximum flexibility
If you need full control over exported data, use Raw Data Exports instead.
Key Characteristics
Preconfigured datasets for specific business scenarios
Limited customization compared to Raw Data Exports
Faster setup due to reduced configuration
Structured output designed for predictable analysis
Each export contains only the data types defined for that dataset.
