Configuration Templates

A configuration template stores a set of sendout settings that you can apply automatically when you create or copy a group.

The settings that you can save in a configuration template include:

• Domain

• Sendout Speed

• Email Headers

• Reply Handling

• Link Tracking

• Notifications

This template-based option to create and store sendout settings can streamline your sendout process within your Mapp Engage, or if you connect externally.

You can reference a configuration template ID when you create or copy a group with Control XML. If you include this ID, the configuration template overwrites the group settings automatically when the Control XML runs.
