Introduction
Statistics in Mapp Engage help you evaluate message outcomes and audience development. They provide a consistent way to assess whether messages were delivered successfully, how recipients engaged, and whether campaigns achieved the results you expect.
What statistics are used for
You can use statistics to:
Review delivery outcomes and identify deliverability signals such as bounces and spam complaints
Measure recipient engagement through opens and clicks
Compare performance across messages and time ranges
Evaluate audience development over time
Assess whether messaging supports defined conversion goals
Types of statistics
Message statistics
Message statistics summarize delivery and recipient activity for Email, SMS, and Mobile Push messages. Available metrics depend on the channel. Group messages and single messages are shown separately due to differences in sendout behavior.
Contact statistics
Contact statistics show how the number of contacts and group membership change over time. This helps you understand audience growth and list composition.
Source statistics
Source statistics show where contacts originate and how sources contribute to list development over time.
