    1 General remarks

    • Browser
      For the best possible performance, please use a current browser version.
      We generally only support desktop browsers for Mapp Cloud applications' user interface. Ad blockers should be deactivated because otherwise, problems can occur when trying to log in. Parallel usage of Mapp Intelligence in multiple tabs is only possible in your browser's „private“ or „incognito“ mode.

    • Updates

      The Mapp Intelligence system is subject to ongoing optimization and further development. Updates are installed automatically. An overview of recent adaptions can be found in the main menu under “Release Notes”. Alternativly, you can use visit the news section on docs.mapp.com.

    • Data Updates

      Analysis data is usually updated every 60 minutes. The exact point of time of the last update is shown below the analysis.

    • Automatic Logout
      Automatic logout takes place after 30 minutes of inactivity.


    2 Top Navigation

    The top navigation is divided into two sections: Modules on the left and Settings & Tools on the right. Access to these options may vary depending on your user permissions.

    • Mapp Intelligence

      Analyze user behavior across your digital channels to unlock actionable insights. Mapp Intelligence delivers detailed reports by combining various data sources to enhance user journeys, optimize marketing strategies, and make data-driven decisions.     • Data Streams

    • Bell Icon: Alerts, Notifications, and Forecasts

      Click the bell icon in the top navigation to access alerts, notifications, and forecasts. This section provides real-time updates on data changes, insights, and predictions about future trends. Use these notifications to stay informed and proactively adjust your strategies based on the latest developments.

    3 Structure of the main menu

    The main menu on the left side of Mapp Intelligence is organized into sections that guide you through reports, saved analyses, and various data analysis categories. Access to these sections depends on the user permissions assigned in User Management.

    Reports

    • Overview: Reports are customizable collections of analyses and additional elements.

    • Sharing & Distribution: Easily share reports with colleagues or schedule them to be sent via email.

    • Customization: Configure each report to include tailored analyses that match your specific needs.

    My Analyses

    • Purpose: Save individual analyses with custom configurations, including selected metrics, diagrams, and filters.
