18 September 2024Mapp Engage offers new insights into the customer profile for use within the Segmentation Builder and Whiteboards. Use your detailed customer insights from Mapp Intelligence more efficiently and in near real-time in Mapp Engage.

Key Benefits

  • Expanded spectrum of possible marketing communication scenarios based on your customers' detailed website behavior.

  • The Behavioral Attribute: a new segmentation criterion in the Segmentation Builder that gives you seamless access to new profile attributes.

  • Compared to the CI segments used so far, this is a faster and more flexible solution for using the data in the Segmentation Builder and Whiteboards.

  • Near-real-time data availability in Mapp Engage—data is available in the Segmentation Builder and Whiteboards as soon as the session ends (thirty minutes after the last activity on the website).

  • Whiteboards can now be triggered by the new "Changes Behavioral Attribute" event.

How does it work?

The prerequisites for use are:

  • An active Intelligence - Engage account connection

  • The website/app visitor data is matched with the campaign audience using the Mapp Intelligence tracking script. For more information, see Mapp Cloud User Matching.

Segmentation Builder

Use the new Behavioral Attribute to create segments based on customers' behavior on your website. You will find a new segmentation criterion under Contact Profile.
