Available Export Types

The following export types may be available, depending on your permissions:

  • Recipient Activity: Contains information on recipient activity, including opens, clicks, bounces, and conversions.

  • Tracking Data for Landing Pages: Contains information about visits to landing pages created in Engage.

  • Sendout Details for Coupons: Contains information about coupon usage. The export can be limited to specific coupon lists or include all lists.

  • Aggregated Link Clicks: Contains aggregated information about clicks resulting from a message.

  • Related Data: Contains data stored in a related data set.

  • Aggregated Recipient Activity: Contains aggregated information about recipient activity.

  • Raw Data Export: Contains individually selected profile data (for example, address, gender, preferences), recipient activity (clicks, opens, conversions), and background information.

  • Simplified Data Export: Contains less data. Only the first instance of each selected event is exported (for example, the first click). In contrast, a Raw Data Export includes every instance of the selected event (for example, all clicks).

  • Recipient Context: No longer available for new customers (since December 2015). Recipient context data can be exported using a Raw Data Export. Contains information about the geographic and technical environment in which a recipient performed an open or click.
